Ticket Policy
No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. The First Coast Smooth Jazz Festival does not offer refunds for any reason including illness, travel delays, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with any portion of the event.
Ticket Transfers
Guests who are unable to attend may arrange their own ticket transfer to another individual.
- Transfers must be completed at least three weeks prior to the first day of the festival
- All transfer requests must be submitted in writing through the official festival contact form
- Ticket changes will only be processed after all required information is received
- The festival is not responsible for private payment arrangements between guests
No ticket transfers will be allowed within three weeks of the event.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets will not be reissued. Guests must safeguard their confirmation and credentials.
Event Modifications
The festival schedule, artists, programming, seminars, seating layout, and venue configuration are subject to change without notice. Adjustments may be made to enhance guest experience or respond to circumstances beyond the festival’s control.
Purchasing a ticket confirms your understanding that lineup and schedule changes do not warrant a refund or credit.
Force Majeure
The First Coast Smooth Jazz Festival shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Extreme weather
- Flood, fire, or explosion
- Government regulations
- State of emergency declarations
- Epidemic or public health concerns
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Power outages or utility failures
- Venue closures or restrictions
If a force majeure event occurs, the festival reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or relocate the festival. No refunds will be issued in such situations.
Safety and Conduct
All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward performers, staff, and fellow attendees. The festival reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without refund.
Guests must comply with all venue rules, hotel guidelines, and any safety instructions issued by festival staff.
Photography and Media Release
By attending the festival, you grant permission for the First Coast Smooth Jazz Festival, its sponsors, and media partners to capture and use your image, voice, or likeness in photography, video, livestream, or promotional materials without compensation.
All media captured at the festival becomes the property of the event.
Liability Waiver
By attending the festival, guests agree to assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
- Travel-related risks
- Personal injury or illness
- Loss or damage to personal property
The First Coast Smooth Jazz Festival, BirdWild, event organizers, hotel partners, and contracted vendors are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses sustained during the event.
Meals and Dietary Considerations
VIP and General Admission meals differ in style and menu. While the festival strives to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the absence of specific allergens. Guests with food sensitivities should notify staff at check-in and use discretion.
Seating and Admission
- VIP seating is assigned and remains the same for both evening concerts
- General Admission seating is open and first come first served
- Guests must present valid credentials for entry into all events
Replacement credentials will not be issued.
Hotel and Travel Arrangements
Hotel stays, transportation, and additional travel expenses are the responsibility of each guest. The festival is not responsible for travel delays, missed flights, weather conditions, or hotel availability.
