Ticket Information
Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket sales are final. The festival does not provide refunds for any reason. Please review the full Terms and Conditions page for details.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Guests may arrange a private transfer as long as it is submitted at least three weeks prior to the festival. All transfer requests must be submitted through the festival Contact Form.
How does the payment plan work?
VIP payment plan adds an additional $100 to the payment plan. Table plans add an additional $1000 (10 seats) to the cost. Both plans are divided into three payments and include additional fees built into the total price.
Are tickets sold at the door?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official Ticketing Page.
VIP Experience
What is included in the VIP ticket?
VIP includes all Friday and Saturday events, including seminars, workshops, yacht dinner event, VIP brunch, both evening concerts, after parties, VIP dining, and reserved table seating. VIP guests also receive festival credentials and a festival T-shirt.
How does VIP seating work?
VIP seating consists of reserved round tables that seat up to ten guests. VIP guests retain the same seat for both evening concerts. Entire tables or individual seats may be purchased.
Do VIP guests receive special meals?
Yes. VIP dining is elevated and curated separately from General Admission meals.
General Admission
What does General Admission include?
General Admission includes the Saturday evening Key of Elegance dinner concert and access to the Saturday After Party.
Is General Admission seating assigned?
Guest will have a seat at a table in General Admission area but it is not reserved seating.
Do General Admission guests attend Friday events?
No. Only VIP guests have access to Friday seminars, yacht dinner, VIP concert, and Friday After Party.

Where can I view the festival itinerary?
A high-level overview is available on the Itinerary Page. The final schedule will be released closer to the event and is subject to change.
Are seminars included with my ticket?
Seminars are created as a public service by BirdWild Project Inc. Most Seminars are complimentary to attend and open to the public. Other paid activities are not included with seminars.
Is the yacht dinner event included?
Yes. The Coastal Glow Beach Boho yacht experience is included with VIP tickets.
Are after parties included?
Yes. Both Friday and Saturday After Parties are included for VIP. General Admission includes Saturday’s After Party only.
Dress Code & Dining
What is the dress code?
Friday Daytime: Casual.
Friday Evening (Yacht): Elegant coastal attire.
Saturday (Key of Elegance): Upscale black and white attire is required.

Are meals included with tickets?
Yes. VIP guests receive exclusive dining on Friday and Saturday evenings plus the VIP Day Party Brunch on Saturday. General Admission guests receive dinner during the Saturday evening concert.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
The festival will make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee complete allergen-free meals. The festival will provide some vegetarian and non-peanut options as special dietary options.

Are artist appearances guaranteed?
All bookings are confirmed; however, artist participation is subject to change if unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances arise. This does not qualify for refunds.
Accessibility
Are the venues accessible for guests with mobility needs?
Yes. The host hotel and festival venues offer accessible entrances and seating options. Guests with specific needs should contact us in advance.
Policies & Legal
What happens if the event is delayed or rescheduled?
The festival operates under a Force Majeure clause. If unforeseen circumstances require changes, the festival may adjust, postpone, or relocate events. Refunds are not issued.

This event is designed for adults. No children under 18 will be admitted.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated hotel and venue areas including the cigar lounge.

Yes. The First Coast Smooth Jazz Festival welcomes partnerships with organizations and brands that align with the sophistication and spirit of our event. Sponsorship packages include visibility across multiple festival platforms, recognition at select events, and opportunities for exclusive brand activation. What types of sponsorships are offered?
Sponsorship levels may include title partnerships, stage or event sponsorships, VIP experience sponsors, hospitality sponsors, and community impact supporters through BirdWild. Customized sponsorships can be created upon request to meet branding goals.
How soon should sponsors secure their placement?
Sponsorships are limited and offered on a first-come basis. Early commitment ensures maximum promotional exposure leading up to the festival.
Are vendor opportunities available during the festival?
Yes. A limited number of vendor spaces are available on Friday during daytime activities. Vendors must offer high-quality, festival-appropriate products or services. Acceptance is based on category, product alignment, and overall guest experience.
What types of vendors are you looking for?
We welcome upscale boutiques, accessories, wellness products, art, jazz-inspired items, and culturally aligned merchandise. Food vendors are not accepted, as dining is provided by festival partners.

Vendor fees include a designated table space, access to festival attendees during Friday events, and promotion as an official festival vendor. Additional details will be shared upon acceptance.
